10 Tips for Perfect Posing

  1. Smile-always!
  2. Keep your head lifted up to avoid dropping a shadow onto your chest
  3. Elongate your torso to create a smaller waist by lifting up through your chest and abdomen
  4. To tighten a droopy butt, squeeze gently without clenching and tilt your pelvis forward slightly
  5. Never relax fully, keep everything tight
  6. Never pose a weak point unless you have to
  7. It is better to keep your shoulders pulled back than rolled forward
  8. If you want to minimise big legs, keep your feet straight together
  9. If you want to make small legs look bigger, keep your heels together and turn your feet out
  10. To minimise a less than flat stomach, breathe in through your nose then tilt your pelvis back slightly
